These cottages are an easy stroll to the main lodge, dining, and the lounge. Each rental includes free access to the pool, Jacuzzi and fitness center.
- 4-6 – night minimum reservation (nightly minimums are subject to change at any time and may vary seasonally. Please check with the front desk staff when booking. Some exceptions may be possible)

FOUR COTTAGES WITH DECKS WITH BAY VIEWS
PICKERING HOUSE
3 BEDROOM, 1 3/4 BATH – Sleeps 6
Large windows offer a panoramic view of the harbor and dramatic sunsets. Two of the 3 bedrooms feature one queen bed, with a king size bed in the third. Two bathrooms, one in the 3rd bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and a furnished outdoor patio with BBQ make for comfortable stay.

BAY VIEW BUNGALOW
2 BEDROOM, 1 BATH – Sleeps 6
This sweet, cozy bungalow has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a pull-out double sofa sleeper in the living area. A fully outfitted kitchen and furnished patio with sweeping bay views, make this the perfect getaway for a family or two couples.

FISHERMAN BAY VIEW HOUSE
3 BEDROOM, 1 1/2 BATH – Sleeps 8
This lovely, two-level home features two upstairs bedrooms (one with two queens, and the other with one queen). Downstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed. A convenient pull-out, double sofa sleeper offers extra bed space in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen, deck, and patio furniture with BBQ grill (charcoal) makes dining in easy. In home wash and dryer.

WOODSIDE COTTAGE
STUDIO, 1 BATH – Sleeps 2
Nestled in the trees, this secluded, cozy studio features a queen bed and a fully equipped kitchentte. Open the French doors to inviting forest fragrance and a charming outdoor patio with peek-a-boo views of Fisherman Bay.

Arrival & Departure
CHECK-IN is 4 pm and CHECK-OUT is 11 am
The Resort staff strives to accommodate guest requests for an early check-in or late check-out. Please note there may be an additional charge for provision of this service.
Cancellation Policy
HOTEL ROOMS
- FULL REFUND: no cancellation fee if cancelled more than 14-days before check-in date
- 50% REFUND: 50% charge, (excluding tax) for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in date
- NO REFUND: for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to check-in or no shows there will be no refund
SUITES
- FULL REFUND – no cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in date
- 50% REFUND – 50% charge (excluding tax), for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in date
- NO REFUND – for cancellations less than 7 days prior to check-in or no shows there will be no refund

Pet Fees & Rules
We are a pet friendly resort!
Non-refundable pet fees for hotel room and suites are $20 per night, per pet with a 2 pet max.
Please follow our pet rules when bringing your furry friend:
- Pets should not be a disturbance (barking) to other guest.
- Pets must be leashed while on hotel property and in common areas
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage done to hotel property by a pet, with additional charges added to guest account
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
- If bringing a pet other than a dog or cat, please notify us for approval before making reservation

- Rollaway beds are $20 per night
- Cribs are available – $10 per duration of stay
- Additional adults (after the standard room/suite occupancy charge) are $20 per night, per adult
- Children ages, 17 and under are free
