Cancellation Policy

Hotel/Camping/RV:

• FULL REFUND – no cancellation fee if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in date
• 50% REFUND – 50% charge (excluding tax), for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in date
• NO REFUND – for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to check-in or no shows there will be no refund

Houses and Suites:

• FULL REFUND – no cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in date
• 50% REFUND – 50% charge (excluding tax), for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in date
• NO REFUND –  for cancellations less than 7 days prior to check-in or no shows there will be no refund

Marina:

• NO REFUNDS – all marina bookings are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or modify your booking you will have a credit for your return visit for up to one year to redeem from the original date booked.

CHECK-IN is 4 pm and CHECK-OUT is 11 am

The Resort staff do our best to accommodate guest requests for an early check-in or late check-out.  Please note there may be an additional charge for provision of this service.
